Relationship Manager supports the Wealth Management team in
partnership with Raymond James by providing sales, administrative,
and operational support for the brokerage team. They assist
brokerage and financial advisors in all aspects of comprehensive
wealth management and financial planning services. The Client
Relationship Manager serves as a main point of contact to High Net
Worth clients and actively manages current and prospective client
databases. Key areas of responsibility: Relationship Management,
Customer Service, & Account Administration: Actively maintain the
CRM-RJ Advisor Access database and execute goals according to
Raymond James Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and
sales models. Serve as the primary point of contact for current and
prospective clients, responding to incoming phone and email
inquiries and providing support and resolution for any issues with
the Company or vendors. Manage new client onboarding to ensure
accurate completion of paperwork and setup and monitor incoming
funds transfers from surrendering company. Schedule client meetings
and appointments. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and
paperwork for client meetings, reviewing content to ensure accurate
and timely processing. Open new accounts, provide ongoing
maintenance, and prepare and deliver correspondence to clients and
external vendors and companies. Complete account applications and
maintain all client and branch office files as required by Raymond
James, CorTrust Bank, and NASD policies and procedures. Compliance,
Transactions, & Continuing Education: Produce and track quarterly
call reports, account reviews, account acceptances, and account
closings for audit purposes. Reconcile monthly broker and dealer
fees, expense reports, and commission reports. Process securities
purchases and sales, maintain a daily trade transaction log, review
all transactions for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies. Manage
all cash receipts, disbursements, wire transfers, and EFTs for the
Wealth Management and brokerage area, and settle all Brokerage
Investment Program transactions in accordance with policies and
procedures administered by Raymond James Financial Services,
CorTrust Bank, and National Association of Securities Dealers
(NASD). Actively participate in and adhere to all compliance
procedures, Client Services, education events, and training
required by Raymond James Financial Services, Wealth Management
Services, and CorTrust Bank. Duties and responsibilities may change
or be assigned at any time. Key competencies: The ideal candidate
for Client Relationship Manager possesses a combination of
education and experience (3-5 years preferred) to be able to
perform the primary duties of this position with little
supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously. They adapt
easily to system, process, product, and service changes, and are
able to reason, solve problems and think critically. They must
demonstrate a high level of integrity, personal diplomacy, and
respect. A strong understanding of financial services and
area-specific workflows or products (annuities, mutual funds,
separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options,
alternative investments, etc.) is a must, as well as the ability to
understand and abide by all Bank and Brokerage policies and
procedures. Significant experience and skill in word processing,
spreadsheets, database management, and graphics is required.
