Financial Reporting Manager - Up to $140K We are working with a
well-respected corporation headquartered in the Minneapolis area,
seeking to add a Financial Reporting Manager to their team. This
position offers a hybrid work schedule , providing flexibility

the Twin Cities. This role reports directly to the Director of
Financial Reporting and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and

Job Purpose: As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be
responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial
statements, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with GAAP.
This position involves working closely with senior management and
external auditors to ensure timely filings and financial
transparency. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly,
and yearly financial reports (10K, 10Q, and other required filings)
Compile and prepare underlying financial data for the MD&A
Present financial results to senior management, including the
Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors Ensure
compliance with GAAP and accurate disclosure of reportable
transactions Assess company performance against budget/forecasted
results Collaborate with the external audit firm to address
requests and ensure timely filings Manage ad hoc projects as
assigned by the Director Qualifications: CPA required, with
experience in Public Accounting and financial reporting in an SEC
environment Advanced degree is a plus Strong attention to detail
and ability to work under pressure A collaborative team player in a
