Position: Controller


Summary: We're hiring a Controller to lead accounting functions, manage a team, and drive financial excellence. This pivotal role includes overseeing routine accounting tasks, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing efficiency enhancements.


Controller Job Functions:

• Oversee general ledger maintenance.
  
• Prepare diverse accounting statements and monthly financial reports.
  
• Monitor and analyze budget performance (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  
• Manage a team of accounting professionals.
  
• Collaborate with various departments and support company objectives.
  
• Design, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Conduct analyses to enhance organizational efficiency.
  Controller Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
    
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with active or inactive status.
    
  • Prior experience in public accounting.
    
  • Demonstrated experience at the Controllership level, preferably with smaller/growing companies.
    
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
    
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
    
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
    
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
    Compensation: $115,000 to $145,000 + bonus
